Chapter One is a dynamic and entertaining 5-piece rock band based in Orange County, CA. Their repertoire spans the entire spectrum of rock music, from the 60’s British Invasion and 70’s Classic Rock Standards to 80’s Pop, 90’s Alternative Rock, and today’s top hits.
Each of the four members is a seasoned veteran, having performed on stages across the country and beyond for several decades. Over the years, they have built a loyal following throughout the Orange County area.

We are a group of friends that go to jams around town and have a lot of fun playing music together. One day, we had a friend’s band that had to cancel from playing a gig and asked if we wanted to fill in for their band at Beach City Provisions at the Bolsa Chica State Beach. We did the gig, they liked us, and they booked us again to play at the beach. So we thought maybe we have something good going on and decided to keep going with having fun playing and making people happy.

The Band consists of 1 female and 4 male musicians who all sing lead vocals, which gives a wide variety of danceable music. We all have many years of experience playing a wide variety of venues, including clubs, conventions, car shows, weddings, block parties, charity events, private parties including great 1980’s parties.
THE JOKERS love to get guests up and dancing playing ‘60s thru ‘90s classic rock dance music, be it Motown, R&B faves, even one-hit wonders. We excel at Elvis, Beatles, Stones, Creedence, Marvin Gaye, 4 Tops, the Temptations, the Hollies, Van Morrison …

The Jokers sport a traditional 4-piece set up, using various veteran personnel and the occasional guest singer, including rock n roll Española. We perform mostly in the South Bay, Harbor Area, Long Beach and Orange County (We will be playing American Legion Newport Harbor on Aug. 3).
Mojo Diddley formed about 12 years ago as a blues rock band. After various personal changes and taking a few years off Wes and drummer Dan re-formed the band in 2020. The band is professional, entertaining musicians who play a wide variety of styles, now consists of Kelly (lead vocals, acoustic guitar), Mitch (bass), Steve (drums) and Wes (Lead Guitar).
All members sing Lead and Back-up vocals.
